Stress

Like I said before stress can be positive but how can it be positive now I will tell you when ever stress makes me you avoid danger or meet a deadline it is positive but when it lasts for a long time it may harm your health which is dangerous. There are two main types of stress namely acute stress and chronic stress.

Acute stress is a short term stress that goes away quickly. It is usually triggered when you do something new. All people have acute stress at one time or the other.

Chronic stress lasts for a longer period of time. This usually arises due to problems like unhappy marriages, trouble at works, money problems e.t.c If you don’tfind ways to manage stress it may lead to health problems like: high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, menstrual pain, obesity, anxiety or depression, skin problems such as acne and eczema.
